  • New Zealand introduced its emissions trading scheme in 2008 (the NZ ETS) and following a review which endorses an ETS, amendment legislation has been introduced.
  • Australia has actively developed its Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (now defered)
  • The US is seeking to introduce an emissions trading scheme

Stuart Frazer was appointed as an independent specialist adviser to the New Zealand Parliament Emissions Trading Scheme Review Committee in March 2009.

 

Much of our emissions trading work is commercially sensitive however some has been specifically developed for the public.

 

Examples are the projects carried out for Holcim (New Zealand) Limited and Business NZ and most recently for advice to the New Zealand Parliament's Emissions Trading Scheme Review Committee.
